Insurance – Work in Progress

We’re in the middle of locking in the two policies that actually matter:

Public Liability Insurance; AUD 5 million cover.
Protects clients, visitors, and random passers-by from injury or property damage that might happen because we’re on site tinkering with your gear.
Professional Indemnity Insurance; AUD 1 million cover.
Protects you if our advice, code, or configuration nukes your uptime, trashes data, or leaves a door open for attackers.

Both policies will be active before we take production responsibility for any client. We’ll post the certificates here the moment they’re issued.
